If you plan on doing any backpacking, be sure to pack extra food and water in case you get lost or run into other delays along the way.

Freeze-dried food packs are popular. As well as just-add-water meals, you'll have your camping pots and pans or kettle to boil and add water.

For Water you will want a good water bottle, to stay hydrated. see our listing below.

Other camping essentials related to food and water include collapsible water storage containers. This is a 2-pack of much-needed storage containers for water. These are collapsible, BPA-free and PVC free and food safe.

So you can either fill them before you leave or when you get to camp if they have a potable water source. When it comes to camping essentials for women, it's important to have all of the fresh water you need for washing, preparing meals and drinking.
